I used to practice yoga for at least 20 minutes twice a day. It was my time to think, my stretching routine, and my stress release. Then I got busy with this and that. Not too long ago I decided to get back to my mat and I couldn’t be happier that I did. I recently finished an 8 week Ashtanga beginner’s program and will be sharing things I’ve learned from it as well as tips, tricks and reviews of things that come my way.

I've created Imagine Balance to help document my journey to a more balanced life.
In yoga, balance is much more a state of mind rather than a physical ability. I want to imagine balance so that I can achieve it.
