People who meditate are said to live longer, happier lives. So why don’t we all do it?! Personally, I’m not great at sitting still or taking out time to do nothing (unless you count Bejeweled as “nothing”). I’d like to slowly build a meditative practice. I think it will be a lot harder than it sounds.

I've created Imagine Balance to help document my journey to a more balanced life.
In yoga, balance is much more a state of mind rather than a physical ability. I want to imagine balance so that I can achieve it.
